Contacting the Europe Service Centre
Transfer of Europe Service Centre function
The Department of Home Affairs has taken the decision to outsource the Europe Service Centre. From 14 May 2018, calls in English regarding visas and citizenship will be managed in Australia. From 16 May 2018, calls in non-English languages will be managed in Australia. This will be an improved and faster service, offering services in all langauges across your local 9am-5pm service window.
The current numbers listed for the Europe Service Centre will cease to work from 14 May 2018 for English and 16 May 2018 for non-English languages.
Calls will be answered by our Australian operators, so please speak to your telephone provider regarding rates to Australia. Further information will be updated on our website closer to the time.
