In France, a PACS (Pacte Civil de Solidarité) is a contractual form of civil union between two adults for organising their joint life.
The Embassy does not deliver a CNI (Certificat de Coutume) for Australians wishing to enter into a PACS.
The following attestation is accepted by the French Authorities instead of a CNI.
